Bali Law Offices
Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 30, 2026
Bali Law Offices ("we," "us," or "the office") respects your privacy. This policy describes the information collected through www.balilawoffices.com (the "site") and how it is used.
Information we collect
If you contact us through the site's consultation form, by phone, or by email, we collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, the general type of matter, and your description of your situation. The site does not offer user accounts and does not ask you to create a login. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, in ordinary server logs.
How we use information
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate a potential representation, and to operate and protect the site. Submitting the form or otherwise contacting the office does not create an attorney-client relationship, and you should not send confidential or time-sensitive information until such a relationship has been established in a signed written agreement.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site (such as our website hosting and form-delivery providers), when required by law or legal process, or as necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the office or others.
Cookies and third-party services
The site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Page typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical information involved in delivering a font file. The site links to third-party websites — such as Avvo and Google Maps — whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
"Do Not Track" signals
Because the site does not track visitors across third-party websites, it does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the site, and the site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and email in particular is not end-to-end encrypted — another reason not to send sensitive details before a representation begins.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
